Default Can anyone help please!

Hi,
I'm new to this forum, but I have read some of the answers to some of the questions, and I have found the information very useful! Thankyou everyone!
I'm near the end of my NVQ 3 Just filling in gaps, though I am concerned I don't have much in my portfolio. I don't do any planning in my setting, so I have found questions on planning and ciruclum difficult. I would like to put a long term plan, and a medium term plan into my portfolio, but I'm really strugling to get to grips with it, and my supervisor has told me there is no need to do these anymore! can anyone help please is this true? Panda!

They will want to see how you plan for progression in children's learning - their next steps or 'PLODS'. There should be some retrospective planning for him to see too
