Default Next steps

Hi i was just wondering if anyone could help me. I work in a private day nursery in he Pre-School room with 3 and 4 year olds. We have a next step sheet which we try to fill in when we can, but are struggling a little to find time to fill it in. I was wondering if anyone has any more simple next step sheets or ideas they could show or advise me on thanks
