Do you have Parent handbooks in your group ?

What sort of things would you consider including in a handbook and have Parents ever requested specific information that would be good to put in ?

We give out prospectuses to all parents at the start of the year. We include staff names and qualifications, summary of stepping stones, main policies and procedures, ofsted complaints info, little bit of nursery history, opening times, etc., Update as needed throughout the year.
Never had specific requests and not sure that parents actually read them lol!
