k3d163 & k3d163 advice

k3d163 - what is the importance og encouraging child to make choices for themselves and strategies to support this??

What is meantby appropriate and inappropriate behaviour when interacting with children, the policies and procedure to follow and why these are important??

Any advice would be gratefully to get me started
Thanks

k3d163 - in accordance with the un rights of the child, freedom of choice. Allowing the children to become self-empowered and be in control. To do this you can offer a range of activities for the children to choose from.

Approriate and inappropriate behaviour - behaviour is adapted to the age, needs and situation of the child ie you would lift a one year but not necessarily an 8 year old.
