Hi Karen 08, this is what I put down

Important to ensure that children are kept safe e.g. CRB checks are in place, children can be nurtured and cared for properly e.g. appropriate qualifications and training and levels of understanding about child development.

• Keep high standards of working
• Staff to be trained qualified and verified
• All volunteer staff to be CRB check as well as permanent.
• Appropriate training re: safeguarding children and themselves
