I am stuggling with how to get started with this unit.
Below are the three Outcomes that require written answers, any advice would be much appreciated!

When and how to refer other adults to further sources of information, advice or support

Outcome 4.4
How to understand and respect other people’s individuality, diversity and differences

How to understand and respect other peoples feeling and points of view

Outcome 4.6
How to provide encouragement and support for other adults in the setting to have positive relationships with children and young people
