Default Help please

How does the public interest disclosure act 1998 link to every practice in early years settings?

Hi, it protects members who use whistleblowing procedures in order to report poor practice or concerns of poor practice.

It links to every practice in an early years setting by supporting professionalism and helping to raise awareness of appropriate/inappropriate, safe/risky behaviours that might occur during any part of a day, engaged or interacting with children, colleagues, routines.

See what your setting's policy & procedure explains for internal reporting.
