Think about planning/organisation in your setting that has changed over time. I used an example to answer this. We introduced a rolling snack bar ( in line with EYFS ) Was not sure how it would work out - so decided to test it over a half term period and then review it. Also visited another setting to see how they had implemented it. Compare what other settings do/ contrast with what you do. Do you need to make changes anywhere to keep up with legislation changes/ EYFS requirements/OFSTED development plans etc. I used different examples of change within my setting to answer all of the parts of K3D225- and it was signed off OK
Good Luck
Sarah
