how to promote children's development how and why you?
model good practice and support other adults involved in service daily?
does it mean how we keep in contact with the services around us?
or how we promote the buisness? or how we communicate with parents? im really unsure if some1 could explain please i find the wording really difficult to understand x

Hi
Think about how you manage relationships with people important to your setting....relationships with colleagues, other professionals and agencies are key to ensuring that children receive the best possible provision
Your answer should reflect the policies and procedures of your workplace, which in turn are linked to current legislation

Hope this helps somewhat
