Default Please help Im stuck on a few questions I need to answer for a proffessional discussion.

Shc 32 (2.3) own values and beliefs affects working practice
If I said that all parents should be apart of thier child's education helping them with work and listening to them about thier concerns.
Usig the term time out settings look at this in a negative format and like it to be called reflection time, but while using this at home i wouldn't think twice about calling it timer out. would that be enough what else could I add?

CYP 3.6 ( 3.3) Analyse the potential tension between maintaing confidentiality and the needs to disclose information where child abuse is suspected suspect a crime as been commited ?

HSC 3045 5.3 Describe the complex feelings that may be experienced by others involved or witnessing an incident of chanllenging behaviour.
Would this be the person involved with this may think it's ok to do these things as thats all they have known or children that have witnessed it may feel scared upset and angry towards them espically if the person/ppl doing thee wrong behaviour stops others from doing things. Other adults may feel powerless to help espically if they are new to the class and still learning the routines etc.

HOW TO STORE AND PREPARE BREAST MILK.... only allwedd to be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in fridge or 2 weeks in a freezer. preparing breast milk to be left to defrost at roomtemp. when preparing the milk use sterlised containers and swirl the milk not shake it so the breast milk seperates evenly and give children at room tempture or out the fridge.

Is this correct?

Hi Sarah cyp3.6

Confidentiallity is a tricky one but I said that if a parent would like to see information on their child then we have to oblige them but we need to be carefull if this child has had an issue with child abuse or any other child protection issue. We under law cannot disclose this information to the parent as it could have a detrimental affect on the child. Parents in our setting have to sign forms for us to be able to take photos or disclose information like their work etc on our website. Overall it is vital that we are in communication with the parent at all times so that trust is ongoing. We need parents to communicate to us so that we are aware of any issues with their children.

hope that helps in some way
