Default ccld level 4 observations

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice of what kind of observations have been carried out for the ccld level 4.

do you mean assessor observations? i do 4 or 5 and then fill in the gaps with prof discussions and reflective accounts.

yeah assessor observations, im new to the level 4 so only just developing it, what observaiosn do you do for the mandatory units?

are you an assessor assessing the level 4???? surely not if you havent actually done it! im going to assume your not and that your doing the level 4
you can be observed running a meeting, doing an appraisal, liaising with other practitioners and devising a plan for a new procedure also sharing knowledge with others in a learning context. if i have assumed wrongly then i really think your employer has to reassess as cache are more than clear if your arent a level 4 you shouldn't assess it

Im level 5 so yeah i can assess it plus i have done it in the passed i was just getting advise. All the observerations that you quote are what i observe i was just wondering if anyone had any different ways
