CYPOP 17 help please

Hi, can anyone help please, I'm really struggling with this unit and can't find any information anywhere, and to top it off I don't even have the unit content for it, I have all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria but no unit content, please help I feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall

the learning outcomes are the content. this is what you get with the optional units it is assumed you will do your own research etc. this is also a level 4 unit i think that requires much more in-depth analysis and evaluation to pass. you need to do some research on outcomes poverty and disadvantage you can use some of your 3.7 here i think. look at CPAG and the barnardos sites as well as joseph rowntree. the frank field report will be useful.
