Default risky play

Hi i am really struggling with risky play.I have to give a example of risky play in my work place.I have avaliable in side or outside.Could some one please please give me some examples of what is classed as risky play.thank you for reading.

not sure but some settings have wood working tools ...real tools.... we dont at ours but I am guessing that would be risky! how about climbing frames, balance beams, slides ect....hope someone comes up with a bit more for you!
