Hi was just wondering with this question 3.2 explain policies and procedures that are in place to protect children and young people and adults who work with them. do I have to write about the legislations like children act, education act and so on, or is it just the policies used in school like escorting visitors, risk assessments as I have already done the legislations with another questions. thanks

Hi the criteria states policies and procedures xx you might find that legislation is mentioned in the setting's policies which you could include in your explanation of them.

Welcome to the site :)
