Hi, a warm welcome to silkysteps and best wishes with study.

It'll help if can obtain copies of your setting's policies and procedures and your job contract or a sheet that shows your duties, role and responsibilities whilst at work.

The search page onsite will enable you to find threads that have been made - enter the unit reference code &/or words from the assessment criteria to search.

A handbook will help to guide research and email/phone? contact with your assessor/tutor can be very reassuring.

There are a number of links on this thread that will highlight what happens in your setting and what you do in your professional practice - CYP 3.4 support children and young people's health and safety

Once you've read a little more extensively you'll be able to write with more fluidity and identify times/experiences that will support reflective accounts - why reflect

Hth, look forward to hearing how it goes xx
