This is great .. it's my first 'ish know what I'm doing Veggie Christmas lol

Have marked these as a definite - Dauphinoise Potatoes along with apricot & walnut stuffing .. yum

Glad to see you remembered us veggies there. I love nut roast. Ruth, my Dad made us a gorgous lentil roast yesterday, I'll have ti get the recipe from him.
