Help SOS please help k3d218 Q13 Q18

Hello was wondering if anyone could help me asap with these last questions please, it all has to be handed in tomorrow really struggling so any help would be very grateful

K3D218 Q13 - Encourage babies to learn and develop from birth through practising skills and repeating activities.

K3D218 Q18 - Restrict exposure to TV and video and provide a balance of quiet and noisier periods.

13)Using activities which are repeated in anyway e.g. singing the same songs a few times on a regular basis will encourage communication and language development. Puzzles and shape sorters used regularly or doing it once for the child then letting the child have ago a few times will develop their skills further.


18)We don’t use tv/video's in our setting, but sometimes we allow children to watch short dvd on the computer. In your daily routine there should be a quiet time when children are read to or ‘read’ themselves, listen to calm music, etc. It helps children’s concentration, creative development, language. But they also need time when they can burn off their energy: running, jumping, dancing, singing, etc.
