Hi, this ia a good thread for seeing what reflective accounts are about.

Can you recall a time you've had to perform or deal with a situation relating to these scenarios?

Dealt with an accident, were part of a fire drill - or real evacuation.

If you haven't been involved with the procedure for a missing child/ill child can you check what you are supposed to do if the event ever happened - or maybe were part of a policy review for these occasions?

Hth

Best wishes xx

Can you ask when the next fire drill is planned for and be part of the preparations for it?

Request a meeting with your lead to go over/review some of the policies & procedures with them - missing child, ill child, dealing with accidents and use a reflective account of the proceedings/outcomes of the meeting and your own summary?

These might also of been included in/ be part of your induction/introduction to the workplace?

I'm not sure what the assessor & tutor members on site would advise, very interested to hear ..

Best wishes xx
