Unit 305 K3D238

What are the difficulties in accessing provision and services that might be experienced by families and how procedure and practices can work to overcome these and improve services?
Can anyone enlighten me.
I have managed K3C239 but am stuck on this one. And my assessor is coming tomorrow afternoon

Nooo .. no one's ever too old lol. Its horrible being put on the spot with questions that in a day to day situation you'd be able roll off the answers to !!

Good luck with your assessor today
