i have been reading some of the other threads (is that what they are called)
i seem to be writing long asnswers to each section and using lots of references from the books that i have bought having not done NVQ before is this the right way

Staff meetings are always minited but nothing happens and staff don't really contribute
my main worry is the curriculum planning can anyone give me any idears of what it should look like now as when i did it as a lead it was very different

I think that there are as many diferent ways of planning as there are different settings. As long as you can justify your method to Ofsted, and you are covering all the basics then I say just do the one that works for you and your setting - it's very easy to panic that we're not doing it the 'right' way and to feel insecure

my problem is that i have not seen any planning it all seems to be ad hock
i at the moment a list is up with no heading and no learning outcomes my assessor is coming in and has asked to see something but know one seems to have a formula should i use the old one that was mine just update it a bit

hi ya hope you are doing ok with your 4 i am just over half way slowly trying to tie things up and gather more evidence so my mandatory units can be signed off completly, im sure i will get there in the end x
