Assessors coming! need activity ideas please

Hi can anyone give me any ideas please. My assessor is coming out to assess me and I need to do an activity with about 4 children that incorporates LITERACRY, NUMERACY, ICT AND PROBLEM SOLVING.... HELP!

How about tower building, they can count blocks (numeracy), write the number on paper on a clipboard and maybe read a story or sing London Bridge (literacy), have one of the children take photos of the tower (ict) and problem solving can be anytime when you discuss how the tower could be made stronger, taller etc..

Sure you will get some better ideas from the other great peeps on here though but it's a start I guess
