How to use reflection to challenge existing practice.
I think it might mean by way of staff meetings and appraisals? Not sure on that though, anyone got any ideas?

Reflection can be used to challenge practice as if you reflect on something that you have done that could be done better you can find ways to improve it by maybe attending a training course.

That's what I put but it's not been marked yet so I could be barking completely up the wrong tree!!!

Great replies

Reflection can change anything & everything - anywhere.

By asking how things are, how they work and how they can be - you can use the answers to help change & hopefully improve working practice ..

From noting grumbles from the local post delivery person to why the children can't access the hand towels .. all these points may come up during work, meetings or via complaint procedures the solutions are positive steps to improving work place practice for everyone.

These Self development plans can help look at ways you can ask yourself how things went and how they might go if tried again ..
Reflective Techniques & Self development plans

There is also a 'Reflective accounts post that might help with the sort of questions you can ask yourself.
