hi ive just signed into silkysteps had a look throught the website and you all sound great and have already helped me alot with ur posts i have returned to work after having a baby and have been given the opportunity to do an nvq level 3 after starting in august i have managed to complete 55% already and am keen to complete as soon as possible im just a bit stuck on 305.1 K3D254 any help would be greatfully recieved thanks i would also be happy anyone who needs it! thanks

hiya,
for k3d254 i put a child who is self confident has high self esteem, is self aware and assertive will be less vulnerable to abuse ways in which you can promote this are by giving the child lots of praise, encouraging independence along with chances to try things out, teach them to be assertive so their own needs are met but at the same time respecting others needs, also by encouraging respect, tolerance and co operation between children at all times and always show a positive example in yourself. my assessor signed this one off so should be good help for you :-)
