i am planning to do a 'weather' topic. the 'minded' children have been discussing about the weather quite alot! doing 'weather' until 1/2 term, then planning to do a 'nursery rhymes' topic. Anyone got any ideas on 'weather' topic i would be grateful!

Thought I'd do 'winter' in January cos we can carry on themes from Celebrations this month.... like making snowflakes, which is always great fun and gets a bit swamped by Christmassy stuff in December

don't do topics, plan around children, look at what they are doing and introduce things to extend them and interest them, as they are all into tents at moment will do something on this, caves, enclosed spaces , in and out, through for a while and move on from there.
