Not started that unit yet, but will bear in mind that book, I have ordered Early Years Management in Practice from Amazon, but not arrived yet!!

Have been working on unit 402 this morning, brain strain!!!

Have now got to think about legislation in my area and how it fits into my setting. I do have our policies at home, does anyone have any pointers for dorset and poole in particular
