Level 3 Diploma - Demonstrate the use of feedback to evaluate own performance and inform development

Hi guys, this is my first ever post on here, I have searched this forum numerous times and I have found it so helpful so many times. I am doing a Level 3 in specialist support and learning diplomas.

I answered this question but needed to add some extra information on it, as to what feedback was given, I cant talk to my teacher/supervisor as it is the weekend and I wont be going back to work till Monday. However i have listed the actions i took and that the feed back that they give me was that they acknowledged the actions taken were in the best interest of the child.. is there anything else i can write? I honestly was not given much more feedback than that.

I then have to write how the feedback informed my development..can i write: The feed back given by the therapy team and head teacher has helped to form concrete strategies and techniques for this particular student when having trouble with transitioning. ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
