Default what are the curriculum's areas of learning?

Hi everyone,
This is my first time posting and I would be grateful if you could please help me! Ive got Unit 02 and for learning objective 1.1 I have been told by my assessor I need to 'add the curriculum and the areas of learning'

I have literally no idea what she means by this... any help? :)

Hi, welcome in :) are you working in early years, primary or secondary school?

For practitioners who are working in england with children aged 0-5 the curriculum framework is EYFS and it has 7 areas of learning, 3 prime and 4 specific:

1. Physical
2. Personal, Social and Emotional
3. Communications and Language

4. Literacy
5. Mathematics
6. Art and Design
7. Understanding the world

Read pages 7+ https://www.gov.uk/government/upload...EWORK_2017.pdf

However if you work in primary you'll need to ask your school which programmes of study they teach https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ary-curriculum eg.

Language and Literacy, English
Numeracy and Mathematics
Science

Art and Design
Citizenship
Computing
Design and technology
Languages
Geography
History
Music
Physical education
Religious education
S e x and relationships

Hope this helps a little, best wishes
