1.4 is about the way your setting manages it's information and how it makes sure that information stays safe/secure. Are files locked away? what with flashdrives/memory sticks, do laptops/ipads ever leave the setting? What are photos and video taken on and what happens to those electronic or digital files?

1.6 has you tutor told you which form you need to complete for this? An accident or incident document or CAF?
