Hi, this thread may help confidentiality and principles of data protection

Page 15 of the CYPW handbook explains the legislation, the main points ie. protecting data through a set of 8 principles - security, individual's right to privacy, who the setting shares information with, what information it keeps, how long it keeps it, how the information is kept upto date
