Default Support assessment for learning

I have three questions left on this assignment and I am just reading them over and over again and nothing is clicking into place.

I dont get observed by the college my course is online I just write down how I have achieved the criteria and my teacher will sign it to confirm that its correct.

Please help;
Use clear language and examples to discuss and clarify personalised learning goals and criteria for assessing progress with learners.

Listen carefully to learners and positively encourage them to communicate their needs and ideas for future learning.

Use the outcomes of assessment for learning to reflect on and improve own contribution to supporting learning.

I need to get this unit finished before school breaks up next week as these are my last bits i need to get signed off.

Can anyone just help me, something might just click into place with what ever piece of information you can give me.

thank you

Can you identify an activity where these have occurred and write a reflective account for them?

Consider how you talk to the children about their targets/learning goals. How did you explain them, do you check to make sure they were understood?

Children's own ideas about their learning and how they can achieve their own goals is an important motivator. Do you listen when they have views, opinions, suggestions about what they struggle with, what they find easy, what they might like to try?

What assessments do you have access to? Lesson plan evaluations? Plenary notes from the teacher? consider how you use that information, how you deliver it, how children receive it and if you have any views/suggestions that you think would contribute towards improving the way you do things next time/support children's learning.

Can it just be when I support a group of pupils and I explain to them clearly what they have to do? Or is it an actual assessment?

I have wrote an answer regarding when I have worked with a group of pupils and how i explained the task in a clear way going through the task slowly and asking them if they had any questions etc.
Is that the answer or am I way off?

Thanks
