i have just started a new course it is leadership and management course it is the Back 2 work complete training, team leading level 2 x is anyone else doing this one ? x

HI I know you have long finished but I was hoping for some help and guidance please. I have to write a reflective account on the following
5.1 set goal personal goals with team members based on agreed objectives
5.2 work with team members to identify opportunities for development growth
5.3 provide advice and support to team members to make the most of identified development opportunities.

I was wondering if its things that I identified within my team such as developing observational skills, carrying out and completing craft etc (maybe I am looking into this too hard)

That's exactly it areas of learning identified or areas where improvement or knowledge needs to be acquired or sharing of skills, internal training to create and implement new changes such as policy
