Default 4.3 Giving reassurance and comfort in emergancies

Hi all im all new to this sight. I still have no idea how to navigate around it but i found this new thread button so thought i would give it a go.

Im in the middle of doing level 2 certificate in supporting teaching and learning in schools. (what a course

now i know how to comfort and reasure them but how on earth do i write that down??? its going to be my shortest point if i just put that

could someone point me in the right direction for writing this one please?
