ok totally new to this but can someone please help me, on how to promote and maintain trust and accountability in a childcare team??? I know establishing effective supervision systems and having regular meetings will all go towards it. I just don't know how much detail or for that matter how to write it all up. Feeling seriously stupid

its level 5 you need to go into a lOT of detail! you need to be writing about group and team theory and referencing it as well as reflective theory
