Explain how it is important for their physical and mental well-being that they have a balance of physical activity along with rest and quiet time. ie, talking about how tired they will be and how this will effect their afternoons.

explain how some children IE (pre-school age)will be to old to nap after physical activity's so how would you get them to rest or have quiet time? ie reading stories, doing quiet activity's

Also mention what will happen during the afternoon if they don't have a rest or quiet time.. IE how it will effect their concentration? making them less focused on things and how they wont be able to do physical activity's in the afternoon due to not resting or having quiet time :)

Hope this helps you! :) if you need anymore help don't be afraid to as :)
