Hi, does this thread help http://www.silkysteps.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18152

Maybe consider these areas and see how they relate to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion

What record keeping systems are in place to identify the progress and achievement of individual's outcomes.
What enrolement processes are in place & what information do and don't they capture.
What safe and confidential record keeping processes are in place to share information.
How do you enage parents, carers, families and significant others
How and why do you communicate with other agencies
How are staff/colleagues supported in their professional development & awareness of inclusion, diversity and equality
What planning for resources, room layout and daily routines occur to support inclusion.

Hth a little xx
