help, struggling with TDA 3.2 and new to the forum

Hi, I have only just joined this forum, and im struggling to "describe the purpose and objectives of the team in which they work". is this supposed to be I rather than they? and in which case do I need to speak to the class teacher or teaching assistant in the class I have my placement in or just go on my own ideas?? any help greatly appreciated

Im stuck on the same thing! I know once I understand the question I will understand how they want the answer but sometimes I just keep reading it over and over again and it still doesnt make sense!

when I asked my tutor if it meant 'how does inclusion work at ****** primary school'

she said ''It does include how it works in ****** primary school , but it's wider than this and you'll need to consider how inclusion works in schools generally as this is your section of the children's work force.''

wider than this???? what does that mean!
