Level 5 diploma

i really am struggling with this course. Not getting much support from tutor and not sure what books to look for. Is anyone doing this course as well. At the moment i am on U24 facilitating change and have no idea where to go on it. can anyone help?????

my tutor has given me some photocopies from 'Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care: Level 5 (Leadership & Management)' ..... Have a look on amazon, its a bit pricey, but i think it would deffo be worth it if your not far into the course :) xxx

im stuck on most of it lol. At the momemt im finding it hard to be able to facilitate a shared understanding of the need for change in childrens setting. I have to include the following points.
promote the benefits of change
analyse chalenges that may arise during thebprocwss of change.
agtee with others the changes that need to be made.
