SHC32 Help plz!!!

Totally stuck on these questions guys, don't get them at all so any help would be gratefully appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Evaluate your own knowledge, performance and understanding against relevant standards. (EYFS).

Describe how you use learning opportunities and reflective practice to contribute to your own personal development and how learning activities have affected your practice.

Really don't know where to start!!!!
