Help SOS Extent and limits of own responsibilities

I hope its is not just me but I feel I don't get the questions always?? I just would like someone to say I got it and I am on the right path.... My question is: A definition which shows the extent and limits of own responsibilities in the play environment..... Is it children need opportunities to engage with risk (Physical risk,Social and moral risk, Intellectual risk and challenge). We have a responsibility to ensure that we offer children all these opportunities to learn for there later life. ???? I hope I am not completely wrong... Thank you so much for your help!!!!

Hi, this seems more to do with what your job description or what your contract expects of you. Limits/extent could be the amount of hours worked in a day. If you're able to maintain frequent contact with children you have a responsibility for - key person? Do you help contribute to planning ideas, take observations, know individual children's interests, are you part of keeping the play area healthy & safe, notice risks and know what to do?
