Default Promote anti-discriminatory practice

Why can't I think of what to write!!!!! Explain how to promote anti-discrimatory practice in work with children and young people. Could anyone help me with this please, I know I probably do this naturally in class but I need someone to explain the question to me please. Thank you.

Hello an example could be getting out dollies and prams and encouraging he boys as well as girls role-play with them also do you have dollies some are black and some are white, you can mention that also.
Do you do multi-cultural festivals or celebrations at your work place, if so you can mention that also and say if you have anyone who comes into the work place to explain about things and maybe mothers or fathers may come in and share a past life experience or something.
like at our place this month we are celebrating the "Black history month"

Ps: Maybe you could squeeze in there about partnership with parents ;)

Hope it helps :)

You could also use examples of boys cooking/ baking something's like these that they might be expected to try at home, giving them a taste of it in school.
