Default Advice on Action Plans And Evidence

Hi,
I'm doing my level 3 and my tutor has said I need evidence on my units and also action plans, what sort of stuff is this? What is an action plan? and do I need to do it for every unit?

ask your tutor! most colleges have paperwork for these. your evidence is the work you produce and the observations your assessor carries out, action plans are from your assessor. they should have explained this but didnt you do this on your level 2?
