Default 5.3 level 4

5.3 Analyse how and why practitioners should act as agents and facilitators of change in own work setting?

Any one out there who can translate this in more simpilar form for me would be hugely appreciated

The question is asking how as a lead practitioner you manage change. You should have a look at Mary Whalleys book leading in early years practice and Maureen Daly's Management book third or fourth edition. Think about thr role of a senior practitioner/ team leader. How does there job entail change, this could be something like managing the physical environment or allocating key persons to children/ behaviour management/working with outside agencies that kind of thing.... hope this helps. Be very reflective with your answer and think about what you do or would do if your were a team leader. Good luck.
