Hiya, I completed it its been marked
0 - 3 years I put
Do not leave on raised surface, falling
Must use appropriate child seat
Chocking, keep small objects and dangerous substances out of reach
Cover plug socket
Suffocation make sure child is secure in his/her bed/cot
Door stops to prevent fingers from getting trapped
Then on bottom I put talk to the child explaining various dangers or putting things in their mouth whilst repeatedly demonstrating to the child that is wrong by moving the objects away from their mouth. Marking items with red stickers and associating the colour red with hurt/danger lets the child know that there are certain risks involved.

3 - 7 years
Stay close to parents, no wondering off (stranger danger)
chocking
road safety
etc
with a explanation underneath the bullet point most of them repeat there self

7 - 12 add in E-safety, touches against the safety rules, unsafe areas to play

12 - 16 years bullying, tell parents where your going

16 - 19 years E- safety, alcohol, driving, gang pressure and bullying

just put an explanation under each on hope this helps :)
