Help SOS Cyp 3.7 4.2

Could someone help me with this question... I really stuck ....

A comparison, giving at least two examples of ways in which services for children, young people and their carers take account and promote equality, diversity and inclusion to promote positive outcomes.

Every child or young person has different abilities and individual interest, and comes from a family with different beliefs. This is referred to as diversity : “acknowledgement of and respect for their individuality”. Tassoni P. at al(2010/p201). Diversity; the state of being different, being diverse, unlikeness, variety and point of difference.
Inclusion is the idea that all children or young people's abilities , interests and family backgrounds must be respected and catered for if they are to achieve their potential. “All people must be respected and treated equally.” Stearns J. at al (2011/p304) Inclusion : to be included in such things as activities, discussions and playtime. Equality ; having the same rights or status, a person or thing equal to another. “Equality : opportunities to develop and learn, while their physical and emotional safety and well-being are protected.”Tassoni P. at al(2010/p201). Every child in any care deserves to achieve their potential and it is our responsibility to ensure that they receive opportunities through our provision of care and education.” It does means that every child must be provided with equal opportunities to achieve and that everyone's needs must be treated with equal respect.” Stearns J. at al (2011/p304).To do this we need to know:
how to promote their development
what they interested in
what children and young people are capable of doing
how to cater for any impairment or additional need they may have.
