Default Help with 301 communciation unit pleaseeee

Hello,

First I would like to say a big thank you to this site for all the invaluable support and advice you all give. Brilliant website and so helpful.

I am struggling with part of my 301 unit. (Communication and professional relationships with children and young people and adults). The question is: What adaptations do you need to make when communicating with young people and adults, there are different catagories to fill in, Age, Context, Language, Hearing diffs, Speech diffs, cognitive diffs, emotional diffs and cultural diffs. I need to diferentiate how to adapt between young people and adults on each one. Really struggling to work out how you would adapt. Hope I have made sense

Any guidence greatly appreciated.
