Default Unit EYMP4 2.1 and 2.2

Hi, i am really struggling with these 2 questions:
Identify current policies, frameworks and influences on the early years.
Explain the impact of current policies, frameworks and influences on the early years sector.

I have got the Level 3 Diploma book - Children & Young People's Workforce.
This book has the question in but when i have come on here to see if there is more to it, people have wrote totally different things to the book... Confusedddd

Please HELPPPP!!

Emma
