Please can someone help. Unit 025

i am finishing this unit and nearly done however im stuck on Task E.

Task E Report

Produce a report explaining how to respond to evidence or concerns that a child or young person has been bullied. The report needs to cover the following sections.
Remember to add title, introduction then evidence below (1-3) and then small conclusion on how this fits into the work with children.

Section 1
Explain different types of bullying and the effect that bullying can have on children or young people; giving examples of specific types. (Ref. 5.1)

Section 2
a. Outline the relevant policies and procedures and state the reasons why they are in place.
b. Explain how the relevant policies and procedures are implemented.
(Ref. 5.2)

Section 3
Use an example (either real or fictitious) of a child or young person who has suffered bullying. Describe how to support the child/young person and/or their family.
(Ref 5.3)

I've done section 1, but cant seem to get my head around section 2 & 3. As i work in a nursery with under 5 years & a nanny for a 1 & half year old, i dont comes across bullying.
Can someone PLEASSEEEEEE help me..

Many thanks Sian.
