Help SOS Level 4 - unit 407 Knowledge point 16 How to model effective work with children in the delivery of early learning....

...and advise and support those who are involved.

I have answered this question within my current work on this unit. However my assessor has come back to me and asked if I can "add some evidence of how my own practice supports others that work with me"...

I can write more information, but I don't think that is what she is looking for. I think she is asking for a work product or a witness testimony, but just wondered if anyone had any ideas of the type of evidence I could use to claim this?

Thanks in anticipation.... Cx
