hi i am starting to really struggle with some of this work with it being an at home course it takes along time for help to email back so i was wondering could anyone help me ?

the question that i totally dont understand is prepare a fictitious report (on any subject) that is accurate,legible,concise and meet legal requirement?

if anyone can put me on the right track i would be very thankful :) xxx

Hi,
I have I struggled with this to, my tutor told me to complete a caf form, using a real example from my setting, but, with fictitious details.
It is long winded to do, and took me a little while, but, I got there, and it has been signed off.

thanks can u just download a caf form cause with doing it at home its harder xx
