Default Question about documented outcomes

Hi. I'm stuck on the question "Describe the documented outcomes for children that form part of the relevant early years frameworks"

What are the documented outcomes?
Does it mean the early learning goals, like
*personal, social and emotional development
*communication, language and literacy
*problem solving, reasoning and numeracy
etc ??

Please help! :) xx

Thank you Lynne!

Your so much more helpful than my tutor. when i asked her she said that documented outcomes are the 5 Every Child matters outcomes, the EYFS age related outcomes and the principles or areas of learning and development in the EYFS. However when i checked with her that to answer the question i needed to write about all of them, she said she couldn't tell me what to write!! x
